  A taste of French cooking for WI- Henley Standard Article 15th December 2010MEMBERS of the Shiplake Women’s Institute were given a French cookery class by the head chef of a Henley restaurant. Philippe Brillant of Le Parisien, in Bell Street, performed cookery demonstrations to 65 ladies in Shiplake Village Hall last Thursday. His presentation included basic knife skills, food preparation and cooking, including the much-loved dessert, bread and butter pudding.
